Replacement Strut End Plate kit set for the Pletscher Quick Rack rear carriers.  Supplied complete with stainless steel bolts, nuts & washers. Can be used ONLY for Pletscher Quick Rack carriers & fits standard bikes with conventional braking systems (V, Calliper, Cantilever etc.).  Height adjustable to suit 26″ & 28″ (700c) wheel sizes.
